SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: An unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 4382, page 744, ROHC. Said part of tract begins on the northeast line of Caine Lane some 409 feet northwest of the intersection of the northeast line of Caine Lane with the northwest line of Cromwell Road, fronts 55 feet on Caine Lane, and extends northeast 220 feet between parallel lines. Tax Map No. 137E-A-5 (part). from R-2 Residential Zone to M-2 Light Industrial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. The landscaping provision of Article V, Section 1014, subsection (5)a., on the west M-2 Light Industrial Zone boundary lines; 0C 2. The landscaping provision of Article V, Section 1014, subsection (5)b., on the north M-2 Light Industrial Zone boundary lines; and 3. No ingress or egress from Caine Lane. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two (2) weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
